Please help us make pi-Stomp better

We’re at a good point to invest some serious effort to add some new value to pi-Stomp. This might be in the form of software features, expansion modules or even a new pi-Stomp board (v3).

Don’t worry, we are fully committed to continued support for v1 and v2 hardware, and will always try our best to make new software features available to all platforms unless the specific hardware just can’t support it.

If you have built a pi-Stomp we’d like to hear about your experience with it and how you might imagine it could be better. If you could, please take a few minutes to take this user survey by clicking the link below. Feel free to answer only the questions that you have an opinion about. All responses are anonymous.

Thank you!

  1. Hi,
I’m an (old) beginner guitar player, I use a PositiveGrid Spark40 amp, try to play some stuff with Youtube’s guitar lessons. On the last lesson I found, one need Looper that the Spark don’t have. So I did some search on the net of some Guitar Effect pedals and (I’m a Linux hardware/software developper) found PiStomp !!! So great !
I have some RaspberryPi laying arround so let’s get start !
    Some ideas for the v3:

    -Rythm box
-Better graphical interface design (bigger screen 800×600?)
    -WS2812 leds control
-Presets repository with common famous guitar sounds settings.

V2.1 seems already so great, well done !

  2. Hey, love my Pi-Stomp! I gig out regularly annd practice every week and it’s held up well. In fact, it has replaced nearly all my other pedals (except the synths).

I’m really interested in building the V3. Any idea when it might be released?
